Yes, all new electronics purchased through Pedal Empire include the full manufacturer's warranty. We also offer a 1-year store warranty against technical defects for select boutique brands.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We offer a 14-day return window for most electronics. Items must be in original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included. A restocking fee may apply if the item shows signs of use.
Do you offer international power adapters?
Most of our gear uses standard 9V DC power. While we ship worldwide, please check the specific voltage requirements of your country. We sell universal power supplies separately if needed.
