At Pedal Empire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tone, which is why we offer a 14-day return period on most new electronic equipment. Items must be returned in original, mint condition with all packaging and power supplies included to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Pedal Empire

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured tracking label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
