Up for grabs is this beautiful rare Custom Shop R8 Les Paul from 1998 which is considered the highly desirable "Good Wood Era".  Featuring a premium, lightweight mahogany body with a stunning Figured Maple top with a deep, vintage-correct "Iced Tea" burst. a thick '58 neck profile, Nashville style bridge and a set of 57 Custom Shop Classic Alnico 2 humbuckers. The control harness has been replaced with Dimarzio CTS volume and tone pots and vintage spec caps and wiring. A part from that everything else is stock.    

For a guitar that is 28 years old this is in MINT condition, not a single dent or scratch, just some minor checking on the blinding and top but in all the right places. This is 100% a collector grade guitar and something you don't see every day.
