The basic 1975 Fuzz circuit is the same its big brother the ‘76. The 1975 has an added shift control, that lets you shape the tone-stack's mid scoop. Like the '76, it's based around a gem of a modified British three‑transistor fuzz, discovered by my mate Ceallaigh hidden in a vintage fuzz collection in downtown Philly. To my ears, it sounds like someone has taken the cotton wool out of one of those green Russian fuzzes. It is articulate, crunchy and fat, all at the same time.
